APC bronze propellers

APC is proud to launch a new range of quality propellers. This APC propeller series will accommodate the needs of most recreational and small commercial vessels; it is a complete program of seven Standard design models plus a custom designed offering.

For sail boot applications through to the high speed planning hull market we have a propeller that will match the vessel requirements and performance expectutiom. Models 235, 352, 355, 469 and 473 are manufactured as Standard in Manganese Bronze and held in stock at our European Distribution warehouse in Holland.

Appointed distributors are able to access and browse our dynamic inventory level system by logging onto the web site and keying in a especially assigned password. Items from stock can be dispatched within 24 hours, non-stock made to order propellers require 3 weeks manufacturing time.
Models 485 and 506 are build as standard in Nickel Aluminum Bronze (NiBral). These models are generally build to order although for known requirements we are able to keep buffer stocks at the warehouse and thus ensure short lead times.

Every propeller is built to ISO tolerances, Class II for the 235 and Class I for all other models. A unique serial number that is stamped on the propeller hub enables us to providefull traceability of the material chemical analysis and mechanical properties together with physically inspected dimensional reports. As a commitment to our quality control we include in the box of every propeller an MRI computerized scan report giving actual and graphical detail of individual blade and overall propeller pitch readings.
